As a Registered Nurse on our Neurological unit, you will be the cornerstone of patient care, responsible for the comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for our most vulnerable patients. This role exists to ensure that every patient receives safe, high-quality treatment through precise monitoring of neurological status and vital signs, alongside the expert administration of medications and specialized treatments.
In this position, you will work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and update dynamic care plans. A significant part of your day involves educating patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment pathways, and discharge instructions, ensuring they are empowered to manage their health journey. You will also have the opportunity to precept and mentor new nurses and support staff, contributing to the growth of our nursing community.
