As a Registered Nurse Resident, you will join a structured residency program designed to bridge the gap between academic preparation and expert clinical practice. In this role, you will provide evidence-based care to patients with neurological needs while gaining guided experience from expert preceptors. This position is ideal for new graduates or those transitioning into neurology who are eager to deepen their skills in a supportive, interdisciplinary setting.
Your day-to-day involves performing comprehensive neurological assessments, administering medications, and utilizing EMR systems for accurate documentation. You will actively participate in interdisciplinary rounds, collaborating with physicians and the care team to develop and adjust care plans. A key part of your journey includes engaging in residency education, skills labs, and preceptorship to ensure you are fully prepared for the demands of acute neuro care.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification or obtained after hire. Completion of an accredited BSN nursing program. Neurology or acute care clinical rotation experience.
