About the Role

This Registered Nurse position on the Rehab Unit is designed for professionals ready to support their unique calling in patient care while fitting their life. You will accept responsibility for a designated group of patients, administering direct and indirect care based on scientific principles and established hospital policies. The role requires you to assess and reassess patient conditions, initiate plans of care, and recognize changes in condition to update care strategies accordingly.

You will be expected to maintain current nursing standards and clinical competency, including National Patient Safety Goals, while applying critical thinking to prioritize and problem-solve. The role emphasizes meeting the personal and practical needs of patients and families through "Patients First Service" and utilizing effective communication skills. You will also participate in performance improvement activities, direct others as needed, and reflect HCA values and ethical compliance principles in daily activities.
