About the Role

The Ortho Surgery RN Program Coordinator is a leadership opportunity within a brand-new department at Lutheran Hospital. As one of the first leaders on the team, you will join a creative, hardworking, and close-knit group of Surgeons and Ortho OR RN professionals. This role exists to supervise hospital activities and coordinate between patient care areas and other departments to ensure the delivery of safe, appropriate, and innovative patient care for a specific shift.

In this position, you will serve as a role model, mentor, and clinical resource, supporting associates in resolving patient and unit issues while fostering a culture of commitment to patient-focused service. About the Team & Hospital

Lutheran Hospital has served the Wheat Ridge and surrounding communities for more than 100 years. Evolving from humble beginnings as a tuberculosis sanitarium, it is now one of the best hospitals in the country, holding a Level II trauma designation. In 2024, Lutheran opened a brand-new facility to provide greater access to life-saving emergency services.

Our Operating Room features 9 surgical suites, including one heart room and one cystoscopy room, with specialties ranging from OB-GYN and General Surgery to Cardiac, Neuro, and Plastics. We are proud to be a Heart and Neurovascular Center, an accredited Chest Pain Center, a Comprehensive Stroke Center, and a Level II Trauma Center. Our facility is equipped with DaVinci robotics on-site.
