About the Role

You will join the PreSurgery department at Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown in Nashville, TN, as a Part-time Registered Nurse. In this role, you serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Your day will involve implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing and communicating patient conditions, and carrying out physician and nursing orders. You will also play a key part in coordinating discharge planning needs with the broader healthcare team, ensuring a seamless transition for patients.
