Novant Health is seeking a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse to join our team at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. In this role, you will serve as a critical advocate for patients, ensuring a smooth transition from the operating room to recovery. The PACU environment is characterized by high functionality, managing an average of 80 to 110 operating room cases daily. You will be responsible for monitoring patients through active recovery, step-down, and floor status phases, providing essential care during this vital period of post-operative healing.
