A-Line Staffing is currently recruiting for a Clinical Case Educator RN position with a Fortune 500 healthcare organization in Cary, NC. The Clinical Case Educator serves as a vital liaison between providers and patients, ensuring therapeutic continuity and positive outcomes. In this hybrid role, you will counsel and educate both new and existing patients on specialty drug therapies, discussing medication adherence, side effects, and treatment alternatives to support ongoing compliance. The position requires maintaining patient management programs through strategic call cadences, medication management, and collaboration with pharmacy support teams to ensure timely delivery.
You will be responsible for performing specialty drug verification, completing accurate clinical documentation in compliance with industry standards, and identifying and reporting adverse events to manufacturers and governing authorities. Success in this role relies on strong communication skills and the ability to utilize motivational interviewing to provide high-quality patient care.
This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence in Cary, NC two days per week (Wednesdays are required, with the second day flexible). The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to Cary, NC.

Requirements
- verifiedActive unrestricted RN license with compact state license or primary North Carolina RN licensure
- verifiedAssociate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or accredited Nursing Diploma
- verifiedMinimum 4+ years of nursing experience
- verifiedAt least 1 year of acute inpatient nursing experience
- verifiedStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and web-based systems
- verifiedAbility to obtain additional state licenses within 3 months
- verifiedMust reside within commutable distance to Cary, NC
