About the Role
Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our Night Shift operations in Syracuse, NY. This role is pivotal in establishing a compassionate environment where residents and their families feel supported and cared for.
As the Night Shift Supervisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents and staff, answering questions and addressing requests with empathy and professionalism. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a cooperative relationship among the healthcare teams, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly and safely.
Your Impact
In this position, you will go beyond standard supervision by actively scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident care requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment by strictly implementing rules and regulations. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining resident confidence by ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality in information processing and documentation of resident care services.
