Centers Health Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team on weekends. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on resident care while earning $50 an hour.
As an RN Supervisor, you will serve as a strong and positive Team Director, fostering a compassionate environment for both residents and their families. Your day-to-day involves scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident care requirements, while acting as a key resource by answering questions and requests from both residents and staff. You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean working environment by implementing necessary rules and regulations, ensuring the confidentiality of resident information, and overseeing the documentation of care services. Success in this position requires building and maintaining cooperative relationships among the broader healthcare teams.
To be considered, candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and possess at least one year of experience in Long-Term Care. Familiarity with EHR programs is also required.
