This position is designed to coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner. You will function as a vital member of our clinical team, performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and managing treatments across a variety of settings. Whether on an adult medical-surgical unit, a pediatric floor, critical care, oncology, or in the emergency department, you will apply your nursing knowledge to diverse patient populations ranging from neonates to seniors.
In this role, you will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes. You will be responsible for administering medications safely, documenting care accurately, and facilitating staff development when acting in a charge capacity. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining a healing and therapeutic environment, ensuring that cleanliness, orderliness, and safety are prioritized for patients, families, and coworkers alike.
