About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Room, you will coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner. This PRN position offers the opportunity to function independently and flexibly within a fast-paced environment, applying basic nursing knowledge to a variety of settings. You will perform comprehensive assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans that include teaching, discharge planning, and post-discharge needs.

In this role, you will handle treatments and procedures appropriate to the area, ensuring adherence to policies and competency-based assessments. You will also manage medication administration safely, document accurately, and reassess patient conditions to modify care plans as needed. Whether working in the Adult or Pediatric Emergency Department, you will maintain a healing and therapeutic environment for patients and their families while demonstrating professionalism in your work area and personal appearance.
