As a Registered Nurse in Medical/Oncology, you will be an integral part of our team, coordinating, implementing, and planning nursing care in a timely and accurate manner. This full-time night shift position offers a unique opportunity to expand your skillset within a system that values your talents and supports your professional growth. You will function independently and flexibly, applying basic nursing knowledge to a variety of settings while maintaining a healing and therapeutic environment for patients and their families.
In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans. You will be responsible for administering medications safely, documenting accurately, and reassessing patient conditions to modify care plans as needed. Whether working on the oncology unit or floating to other areas, you will demonstrate professionalism, ensuring your work areas reflect the importance of cleanliness, orderliness, and safety.
