This position is designed to coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner. You will function as a vital member of our healthcare team, performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and managing treatments across a variety of settings. Whether on an adult medical-surgical unit, pediatric floor, critical care, oncology, or emergency department, you will apply your nursing knowledge to diverse patient populations ranging from neonates to seniors.
In this role, you will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to ensure safe medication administration, accurate documentation, and effective patient education. You will also have the opportunity to accept charge responsibilities, assigning staff based on patient acuity and care requirements while facilitating staff development. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining a healing and therapeutic environment that reflects our commitment to cleanliness, orderliness, and safety.
