Registered Nurse- Nocturnal (Dialysis Experienced)

About the Role

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team in League City, Texas. In this nocturnal position, you will provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wish to build long-term relationships with medically complex patients.

You will deliver direct patient care, monitor treatment plans, and respond to health changes while collaborating with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians. A key part of your day involves educating patients and their families on kidney health and treatment options. The position offers the opportunity to apply broad nursing skills and may require floating to nearby clinics, necessitating a flexible schedule that includes evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
