Key Responsibilities

- check_circleAssess, monitor, and document neonatal vital signs, status, and response to treatment
- check_circleAdminister medications, IV therapies, blood products, and nutrition per provider orders
- check_circleOperate and troubleshoot NICU equipment including ventilators, incubators, and infusion pumps

- check_circleEnsure compliance with infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards

Requirements
- verifiedActive RN license in state of practice
- verifiedNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required or obtained shortly after hire
- verifiedBLS for Healthcare Providers required
- verifiedBSN preferred
- verifiedNRN or RNC-NIC certification preferred
- verifiedExperience in Level III or IV NICU preferred
Nice to Have
BSN degree, NRN or RNC-NIC certification, and experience in Level III or IV NICU.
