Candidates must have valid Nursys verification. If you have any background hits, please inform the Client Delivery Manager immediately. If you have previously worked at any facility under the University of Virginia Health system, please disclose this; permanent staff and internal travelers must be separated for one year and approved by leadership to return.
Please confirm any Requested Time Off (RTO) requests at the time of submission, as travelers are guaranteed up to 40 hours of RTO per 13-week contract, and no additional requests will be approved after acceptance. If you have vacation plans between the sign date and start date, communicate these to the Client Delivery Manager to ensure a realistic start date.
UVA Health is committed to providing a diverse and inclusive environment. We require flu vaccination (no exemptions) but do not require COVID-19 vaccination. We welcome qualified applicants regardless of background and are dedicated to supporting our team in delivering exceptional pediatric care.
