About the Role
Join our Mother/Baby department at Saint Thomas Midtown in Nashville, TN, as a Registered Nurse working the night shift. In this role, you will serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Your day will involve implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing and communicating patient conditions, and carrying out physician and nursing orders. You will also play a key part in assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs alongside the broader healthcare team.
