Under the general supervision of the Charge Nurse or Unit Director, you will assume responsibility for direct nursing care and the coordination of care with ancillary units and physicians. In collaboration with the management team, you will be responsible for the ongoing provision of excellent quality patient care services. Your role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, delegating, and coordinating treatment plans with the healthcare team and the patient.
