About the Role

You will join a supportive team dedicated to providing comprehensive care across diverse medical-surgical populations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to prioritize patient needs and coordinate care plans. The position emphasizes building skills across a wide range of patient care scenarios while educating patients and their families. We offer structured onboarding with dedicated preceptors to ensure you feel confident and supported as you integrate into the team.

Location and Schedule

This full-time position is based at 109 Scotts Hill Medical Dr, Wilmington, NC. The schedule consists of 12-hour night shifts (7a–7p) over a 72-hour, two-week cycle. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
