About the Role

Crittenton's Children Center is seeking a Nurse Manager to join their residential team. In this role, you will model Saint Luke's leadership competencies and core values, including professionalism, innovation, adaptability, and independent judgment. You will be accountable for the development, implementation, and evaluation of care provided on patient care units, ensuring alignment with the strategic plan for Patient Centered Care.

You will collaborate with nursing leadership to identify areas for improvement in practice policies and processes. The role requires driving employee engagement and retention while supporting optimal care that utilizes specialized knowledge and critical thinking based on psychological, social, physical, and biological sciences. While the primary focus is leadership, you may occasionally be counted in staffing to maintain clinical competencies.
