About the Role
As the Staff Development Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide exceptional care through your guidance and education of the nursing team. You will be instrumental in developing a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every resident.
Your day will involve working closely with the Director of HR to facilitate new hire orientation, leading training and in-service education programs, and conducting competency assessments. By maintaining accurate records and providing remedial training as needed, you will help enhance the overall patient experience and maintain our high standards of excellence.
