About the Role

You will join the team at St. Joseph Hospital in Milwaukee, WI, serving on the 4 Acute Care Intermediate Med Tele unit. This full-time, day shift position offers a dynamic environment where you will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established organizational policies and clinical protocols. Your role is vital in implementing and monitoring individualized patient care plans, documenting changes in patient condition, and communicating effectively with the care team. As a liaison among healthcare team members, you will coordinate interdisciplinary care to ensure well-organized, effective treatment, while assisting with assessing and planning patients' discharge needs.
