About the Role

This position serves as the operational and strategic leader for a patient care area, responsible for both day-to-day management and long-term planning. You will direct and develop staff while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of care, ensuring safety compliance, and driving unit efficiency through effective staffing and scheduling. Beyond clinical oversight, you will act as a primary liaison for patient relations, resolving complaints and fostering proactive communication with physicians to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Hiring Process

Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license and be certified in NRP and PALS.
