About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives while enjoying a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and work-life balance. This full-time night shift role provides direct clinical patient care, assuming responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing care on a per-shift and unit level basis.

You will be accountable for supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated and supporting the CNO in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. Your day-to-day involves coordinating and integrating patient care based on the nursing process, directing care according to established standards of safety, risk management, and infection control, and administering medications safely and in a timely manner. Additionally, you will fulfill all Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) responsibilities during emergencies and disasters, adhering strictly to hospital policies and emergency codes.
