The Nurse Educator enhances professional practice and the provision of quality patient care by providing evidence-based educational programs. This role promotes professional competency for nursing, inter-professional, and non-licensed clinical staff at the facility. You will partner with the Director of Clinical Professional Development to adjust programs based on evaluation results, ensuring a continuous process of maturation through lifelong learning. Your work will directly impact employee retention and the integration of evidence-based practice (EBP) to improve patient care settings.
