Are you a results-driven leader ready to make a meaningful impact to patients, caregivers, and your community? The Nurse Manager role is designed to ensure the continuous safe operation of the assigned department(s). You will provide and support the framework for the strategic goals of the department, acting as the accountable leader to the Director for delivering a comprehensive program of excellence.
In this position, you will oversee the ongoing operation of the unit's program, including the establishment and review of program goals and objectives. You will assume the authority to implement change in response to current issues involving quality of care and communicate with appropriate medical staff to develop, implement, and review emergency protocols, unit orders, policies, and procedures. Your focus will be on ensuring that every patient achieves the best possible outcome through high-quality care and effective day-to-day management.
