About the Role

In this General Operating Room position at Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown in Nashville, TN, you will serve as the patient’s primary voice during their most vulnerable moments. Your role is to monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions with clinical precision to ensure a safe, seamless transition to recovery. As the final authority on the sterile field, you will maintain absolute integrity over patient positioning, equipment optimization, and supply management, ensuring 100% accuracy from the first incision to the final closure. You will also lead the rhythm of the room, staying three steps ahead of the surgical team to orchestrate the preparation of cutting-edge technology and supplies for flawless procedure execution.
