About the Unit
We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Oncology Unit located in the Miller building. As a Staff Nurse II, you will join a dedicated team delivering holistic care to patients with cancer diagnoses across various stages, including autologous stem cell transplants and end-of-life care. Our interdisciplinary team collaborates with physicians, pharmacists, social workers, palliative care specialists, and other specialists to manage chemotherapy, biotherapy, targeted therapies, and treatment-related symptoms. We believe patient and family involvement is essential to our mission, providing exceptional support and education throughout each patient's unique journey.
About the Role
This full-time position (36 hours per week) involves rotating shifts between day (0700-1930) and night (1900-0730). You will be part of a culture that values professional growth, offering structured preceptorships, continuing education, and opportunities to advance through the Clinical Advancement and Recognition Program (CARP). Our team is committed to maintaining great patient ratios and ensuring nurses have a voice through shared governance.
