The Registered Nurse works under the supervision of the Nurse Manager or Clinical Coordinator to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise individual patient care on a nursing unit or department. This role is critical for maintaining a high level of service and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
In this position, you will provide supervision to non-RN personnel on the assigned unit. When assuming the charge role, you will delegate and supervise unit activities. You may be required to work on other nursing units according to the distribution of staff and patients. The role demands a deep competency in the care of neuro patients, including airway management, tracheostomy care, and assistance during special neuro procedures.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity. We consider qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
