This position is based at SAH-Sutter Amador Hospital, where you will serve as a Registered Nurse on the Night Shift. In this role, you will be accountable for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care. You will deliver holistic and individualized care to all patients in your assigned area, developing and managing an optimal interdisciplinary plan of care that incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
Your day will involve fostering collaborative relationships between patients, their families, physicians, and other healthcare providers through timely and effective communication. You will adhere to hospital policies, industry standards, and best practices to promote a quality, highly reliable patient experience. Additionally, you will engage in continuous growth and development in professional nursing practice.
