About the Team
Our home dialysis training site supports Peritoneal Dialysis and Home Hemodialysis modalities. The home program staff provides dialysis training, discusses dialysis options, schedules consults, and answers questions concerning home dialysis treatment or supplies. This position is per diem and does not have set scheduled hours. On-call duties are not required for this role.
