The Hope Center Oncology Practice is a specialized outpatient oncology unit located in Asheville, NC, dedicated to providing personalized, long-term care to patients navigating cancer diagnoses and treatment. Our team includes surgeons, medical oncologists, Advanced Practice Providers, RNs, Medical Assistants, and Schedulers who work collaboratively to deliver comprehensive and compassionate cancer care.
As part of Mission Health, an operating division of HCA Healthcare, we serve as the regional tertiary and quaternary care center in Western North Carolina. Mission Hospital is a Magnet® designated hospital for nursing excellence and the region's only trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, and children's hospital. HCA Healthcare has been recognized as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies® by the Ethisphere Institute more than ten times.
This Registered Nurse position is designed for compassionate and adaptable professionals looking to make a lasting impact on the lives of oncology patients. Unlike acute care settings, our patients often remain with us for the duration of their cancer journey—from diagnosis through treatment and survivorship. This unique continuity allows nurses to build lasting, supportive relationships and witness the difference their care makes over time.
You will utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families. In this role, you are relied upon as an integral member of the care team. Providers work side-by-side with nursing staff, encouraging input, shared decision-making, and professional growth. We value a supportive work culture where mutual respect and a shared mission of compassionate care guide our daily work.
Our Talent Acquisition team is currently reviewing applications for this full-time, day-shift position. If you are ready to join a team that values your contributions and prioritizes teamwork, we encourage you to submit your application today to help advance the practice of nursing.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We believe there is so much good to do in the world, and we strive to make a real impact in our industry by leveraging our size and resources to support our colleagues and the community.
