About the Team

The Hope Center Oncology Practice is a specialized outpatient oncology unit located in Asheville, NC, dedicated to providing personalized, long-term care to patients navigating cancer diagnoses and treatment. Our team includes surgeons, medical oncologists, Advanced Practice Providers, RNs, Medical Assistants, and Schedulers who work collaboratively to deliver comprehensive and compassionate cancer care.

As part of Mission Health, an operating division of HCA Healthcare, we serve as the regional tertiary and quaternary care center in Western North Carolina. About the Role

This Registered Nurse position is designed for compassionate and adaptable professionals who want to make a lasting impact on patients' lives. Unlike acute care settings, our patients often remain with us for the duration of their cancer journey—from diagnosis through treatment and survivorship. This unique continuity allows nurses to build lasting, supportive relationships and witness the difference their care makes over time.

You will serve as an integral member of the care team, working side-by-side with providers to facilitate the delivery of professional nursing care. Your day will involve utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while also delegating, supervising, and documenting patient education and interventions. While oncology experience is a plus, we prioritize attitude, compassion, and a commitment to patient-centered care. We are looking for team players who are eager to learn and flexible enough to adapt to change.
