Join a vibrant, tight-knit team at the Residential Living Center at Holy Rosary Healthcare in Miles City, Montana. We are a facility where the workplace feels like a second home for our staff and truly home for our residents. Our culture is built on a profound love for the elders we serve, fostering an environment where active and engaged residents are deeply cared for. We believe resident input matters; our Residents Council convenes monthly to offer suggestions on everything from menu enhancements to daily activities and outings. Adding to our unique atmosphere is Angel, our beloved Shih Tzu, who wanders the unit during daylight hours, spreading joy to both residents and caregivers.
As a Registered Nurse on our day shift, you will discover a warm environment where you can truly make a difference in someone's life. While the work is demanding, you will have the time and assistance needed to provide exceptional care. Our 47-bed unit is staffed with two RNs per shift, supported by six CNAs, a dedicated bath aide, an activities director, a restoration aide, and a social worker. You will be part of a team that eagerly anticipates shifts, knowing they are positively impacting each resident's health and happiness.
This position offers the flexibility of self-scheduling 12-hour shifts. You will be responsible for coordinating care, supervising and coaching CNA staff, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to set priorities for the daily plan of care. Your role involves communicating compassionately with residents, families, and physicians to ensure a coordinated medical and nursing plan. You will also play a key role in education, identifying learning needs for residents and families, and managing discharge activities to ensure a smooth transition.
We are looking for individuals who want to join a place where they will be valued for their unique talents and career aspirations. To support your transition into our organization, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status. We utilize an AI platform to assist in matching skills to the role, but all final hiring decisions are made by our personnel to ensure fairness.
