About the Role

As a Registered Nurse on our 47-bed unit, you will discover a supportive environment designed to help you make a tangible difference in someone's life. You will work alongside two other RNs, six CNAs, and a dedicated bath aide during the day shift. While the work is demanding, you will have the time and assistance needed to provide exceptional care.

You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of care, supervising and coaching CNA staff, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to set priorities for the daily plan of care. Your role involves communicating compassionately with residents, families, and physicians to ensure the coordination of medical and nursing plans. You will also play a key role in educating residents and families, documenting responses to care, and managing discharge activities.
