Our Emergency Department at Thomasville Medical Center is a 26-bed unit dedicated to providing immediate medical care for patients with severe or urgent illnesses and injuries. We are equipped to handle a wide spectrum of services, ranging from initial assessment and treatment to stabilization for emergencies, minor injuries, and life-threatening conditions, with the potential for hospital admission. Our team operates with a preferred patient ratio of 4:1, fostering a collaborative environment where nurses work with various specialties to treat diverse emergent needs. We value supportive leadership that recognizes contributions and offers autonomy in managing the unit.

Requirements
