About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Liberty Commons. In this role, you will ensure high-quality nursing care for our patients by adhering to physician orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies. You will play a vital part in our geriatric care team, demonstrating a genuine interest in the well-being of our residents.
Your day will involve administering medications, leading and supervising nursing assistants and orderlies, and assisting physicians during rounds and physical examinations. You will be responsible for performing scheduled treatments, maintaining strict infection control measures, and documenting patient care accurately. Additionally, you will assist with the assessment of new admissions and coordinate annual physicals.
