About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Del Sol Medical Center, you will have the staffing support, technology, and resources needed to deliver safe, high-quality care. In this role, you will collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care. You will act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes. You will follow established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage" to deliver care in line with departmental requirements and state standards.
