The Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a vital member of the healthcare team within our ambulatory care setting, dedicated to coordinating comprehensive care for patients, families, and significant others. This role goes beyond clinical tasks; it involves assessing, diagnosing, planning, and intervening in actual or potential health problems while evaluating patient responses to care. The RN is responsible for guiding team members to achieve shared care goals and implementing health maintenance strategies tailored to the patient's specific needs.
In this position, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of human growth and development across the lifespan. You will interpret patient data to identify requirements relative to age and specific needs, ensuring care aligns with established standards and policies. A key aspect of the role involves triaging sick and walk-in patients, establishing therapeutic relationships, and fostering a supportive environment that facilitates efficient patient flow.
