About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Methodist Dallas, you will render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. Your role involves providing both direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will direct and supervise team members while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver age and developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards.
In this position, you will communicate clearly and openly to build relationships that promote a collaborative environment. You will be accountable for your performance, always looking for ways to improve the patient experience. We seek individuals who take initiative for their professional growth and are eager to build a winning team.
Work Schedule
This position operates on a 10X4 Day shift schedule, working 5 days per week for a total of 40 hours.

Requirements
