About the Role

Are you a Registered Nurse who thrives on providing compassionate, whole-person care? We are seeking dedicated RN Case Managers who are passionate about walking beside their patients through every step of this sacred path. In this role, you will be more than just a caregiver; you will be a true advocate, companion, and comfort to patients and their families.

You will make a true difference one patient, one family, and one compassionate moment at a time. This position is based in the Portland/Clackamas area with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You will have the opportunity to participate in our Productivity Bonus Program, rewarding those who go above and beyond.
