We are looking for a Cardiology Nurse to join our Cardio Wellness/Hypertension clinic at our Saint Luke's Plaza location. This position is designed to support our team approach by providing patient education, managing discharge processes from office visits, writing orders as needed, and answering patient questions regarding prescriptions and follow-up processes. You will help oversee patients referred to our hypertension clinic and management for Cardiology, with occasional travel to assigned outreach locations.
This is a Full-Time Day role (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) working 4 days a week with a rotating day off. Notably, this schedule includes no weekends and no holidays. After six months of employment, there is an opportunity to work remotely one day per week.
