About the Role
This Registered Nurse position is located at TriHealth OBGYN – Western Ridge. You will provide nursing services directly to participants in a specialized program, focusing on prevention, early detection, and the management of both acute and chronic illnesses.
In this role, you will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will serve as a key resource for health counseling and teaching, ensuring that patients and their families are empowered with the knowledge needed for their care journey. This position offers a stable day shift schedule with no weekend or holiday rotation, allowing for a consistent work-life balance while you grow your career.
