We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiovascular OR RN to join our surgical services team. In this vital role, you will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients undergoing surgical procedures. You will utilize the nursing process, leveraging technology and evidence-based practice to ensure seamless operations and exceptional outcomes.
As a CVOR nurse, you will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow nurses. Your day involves recognizing and addressing patients' psychological and physical needs, fostering continuity of care, and assisting in developing individualized treatment plans. You will be equally comfortable with patients, families, colleagues, mentors, and the complex technology required in the operating room.
