About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will serve as a vital partner in the continuum of care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions for diverse patient populations. Your day will involve direct patient care, from administering medications and managing IVs to providing essential education to patients and families regarding diagnoses and discharge instructions. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive, patient-centered care plans while maintaining accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Records (EHR). This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic clinical setting where safety and quality are paramount.
