As a New Grad Registered Nurse, you will join our team to provide direct bedside care across a diverse range of services, including orthopedics, spine, surgical weight loss, behavioral health, and rehabilitation. This role is designed to help you develop strong clinical judgment under the guidance of experienced preceptors while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
You will be an integral part of the care continuum, performing comprehensive assessments, administering medications, and monitoring patient conditions. A key part of your day involves educating patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey. You will also actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice to continuously elevate the standard of care we deliver.
