About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will serve as a central pillar in our patient-centered care model. Your day will involve performing comprehensive nursing assessments, developing individualized care plans, and administering treatments to residents with complex medical needs and memory-related conditions. You will act as a vital link between residents, their families, physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants, providing clear communication and education on diagnoses and ongoing care needs.

Beyond clinical duties, you will be a mentor to nursing assistants and a champion for a learning-oriented environment. This role requires you to respond effectively to changes in resident status, perform clinical triage, and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of life for our community.
