About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will serve as a central pillar in our patient-centered care model. Your day will involve performing comprehensive nursing assessments, developing individualized care plans, and administering treatments to residents with complex medical needs. You will act as a vital link between residents, their families, physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants, providing clear communication and education on diagnoses and ongoing care needs.
This role requires you to monitor residents closely, perform clinical triage, and respond effectively to changes in status while maintaining accurate documentation in our Electronic Medical Records system. Beyond clinical duties, you will actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and help mentor nursing assistants, contributing to a positive, learning-oriented environment.
