About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at our Bradley Creek at Carolina Bay facility, you will be the cornerstone of our clinical team, ensuring that every resident receives the highest standard of nursing care. This role exists to bridge the gap between medical expertise and the daily lives of our residents, creating an environment where health needs are met with both precision and heart.

In this position, you will lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies, fostering a collaborative team culture. Your day will involve administering medications, performing treatments, and maintaining strict infection control measures. You will work closely with physicians during rounds, assisting with examinations and ensuring that all care plans are executed according to state and federal regulations. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a vital role in the admission process, scheduling annual physicals, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Success in this role requires a genuine interest in geriatric nursing, the ability to make critical decisions under pressure, and the patience to support residents and their families through every stage of their journey.
