About the Role

As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will serve as a vital advocate for patients, developing and implementing unique care plans that address physical, cultural, and spiritual needs. Your day will involve systematically evaluating care effectiveness, utilizing the nursing process to assess and treat patients, and collaborating with an inter-professional team to set goals and plan interventions. You will also play a key role in educating patients and families on health promotion and comfort measures, while mentoring colleagues and students to maintain a healthy work environment.
